8 Random Things About Me

By Michael Stelzner

Brian Carroll over at B2B Lead Generation tagged me yesterday.

The way this game works is I need to tell you eight random things about me.

So here we go:

  1. I am anxiously awaiting the release of new iPods
  2. I switched to Diet Coke and lost 10 pounds
  3. That photo of me: It took 300 photos to get to the 2 that I liked
  4. Lately I’ve been wearing shorts and Tevas to work
  5. In high school I was a nerd
  6. In college, I switched my major from computer science to business to speech communications
  7. I hate shopping, especially when it involves clothes from someone else (bad childhood flashbacks)
  8. Starting this blog was a last minute idea (and am I glad I did!)

Well there you go!

Share some of your random factoids.

Thanks to michael for his timely support and to anyone else who has reminded me that i'm not alone. there are more compassionate people in the world than we can count. terrorism doesn't have a chance (!!!)
  • It was fun to read your 8 random things about you. Good for you on switching to Diet Coke. The calorie reduction is amazing!

I could add another random thing about you...compassionate and caring. That's evidenced by your response to Doug.

    Psalm 42:4-5
[Context: King David talking to himself]

Why are you downcast, O my soul?
    Why so disturbed within me?
    Put your hope in God,
for I will yet praise him,
    my Savior and my God.

    AND

    Isaiah 42:16

I will lead the blind by ways they have not known, along
unfamiliar paths I will guide them; I will turn the darkness into light before
them and make the rough places smooth... I will not forsake them.

now is not a good time for me to write something. I'm in the midst of a huge disappointment with a person with whom I have had an ongoing relationship
complicated by medication prescribed by my doctor that causes me to have psychotic and confused episodes complicating my relationship due to the fact that she acts in a psychotic way, just when I need her to be clear minded and helpful causing me to retreat to my own apartment. I am not a happy person having suffered depression and apathy my whole life long. I need friends who wont be"offended" and "critical" and walk away from me . This applies mostly to women but men also act like i'm some kind of poison. I'm very much isolated and alone but talented and skilled at counseling. Right now, I,m unhappy and confused. I have never had a normal life and everything for me is good regarding my luck with all the
physical attributes of life but for matters of the heart, life sucks. Doug
