I’ve just traveled over her from Writer’s row and was curious to know what “white papers” are. I’ve never heard of the term. Is it copywriting? Sorry for my great ignorance of the subject.

I would title this with something simple, like “Redundancy” or “Overcharged”… or maybe something real estate related, like “Retirement Cul-de-sac.”
