Just finished your book! Not a subject I was looking for or thinking about but it is a great book! We struggled with white papers when I was with Grant Thornton. If we had read your book back then we could have avoided some of the issues.

Great job Michael! Look for me singing Writing White Papers praises in various places.

Great idea for a seminar, although I feel sorry for anyone who has had to work on over 100 whitepapers! I hope you at least got to use some cool fonts.
