		<description>I think it is important to get personal if you want to gain trust. However, you have to be aware of how personal you're getting. You want to filter the image you present to make sure you don't get a bad rap. For example if you're a web designer and you publicize that you're on vacation six months out of the year, you might be telling everyone that you're not going to be doing much work. On the other hand if your a hard working white paper writer who just wrote up a paper for a major engineering company and now your going on vacation for the first time in three years, that's impressive.</description>
