Are you leveraging customer success stories?

By Michael Stelzner

I’m a sucker for a good story.

So are your future customers.

The case study is the perfect sister document to a white paper.

“Why?” you ask.

Because success stories demonstrate real-world results from people who prospects can relate to. Case studies share stories about your customers and are highly persuasive.

In fact, next to the white paper, case studies are the most commonly read documents, according to a recent study by KnowledgeStorm and MarketingSherpa.

Do you know how to create compelling success stories?

Are you looking to add more powerful tools to your marketing arsenal?

I am excited to be hosting a new teleclass next Thursday with two case study experts: Steve Slaunwhite and Casey Hibbard.

The class is called, “The Case for Case Studies (Why You Need Them and How to Write Them).”

During this class, you will learn why case studies are important and how to create effective success stories.

Steve and Casey have written hundreds of case studies and will impart their knowledge to you (and answer your questions, live).

Make a resolution to improve your business. Seats are limited.

As a special incentive, we are offering a discounted bundle of the class and the popular ebook, Cracking the Case Study Market Handbook by Steve Slaunwhite.

Demand for this class has been high, so be sure to reserve your place today.

Wishing you a prosperous summer! (Stay cool! I’m actually in Maui right now.)

You’re back. Appropriate relaxed and sunburned?

I have the impression that Case Studies are also an easier pitch to m any clients — especially smaller companies and thus, it’s a good project to pitch clients who have already contracted for a smaller project.

Wow ! I’m looking forward to that class and I appreciate the printed transcript, as I can’t be near a phone at that time, due to a previous appt.

The bundle is a no-brainer and basically is a business in a box !

    Thanks Mike.

    Hi Michael

I agree customer success stories are crucial for those humanistic buyers. They buy on the basis of a positive group consensus regarding your company or product.

By the way I blogged about how to set up your web page to speak to all the temperament types, after my little rant about Future Now. Check it out.

Hope you’re having fun in Maui, I’m jealous!

I am now finally back and many thanks for the welcome backs!
