Five Things You Should’nt Know About Me (I’ve Been Tagged!)

By Michael Stelzner

Remember running around on the playground as kids and tagging your friends?

Well, a virtual version of this game is going down online.

Dianna Huff has tagged me.

So, now I need to tell you five things you never wanted to know about me:

  1. My first business was selling worms to locals in Wisconsin (lasted about 2 weeks)
  2. My first real job was cleaning a university kitchen 40 hours per week (floors, machines, etc. - VERY boring, I lived for lunch break)
  3. One of my ancestors wrote the story that was the basis for Fiddler on the Roof
  4. I eat at Carl’s Jr. daily for lunch; they know me in the drive through! (Typical order: BBQ chicken sandwich, side salad instead of fries w/ vinaigrette and diet, no ice.)
  5. My young girls have got in the habit of saying “Mommy’s always right!”

  • The most surprising fact to me is to know that you've been start your business as warm seller. That's very far from white paper writer..
  • I think Carl's Jr has some of the best fast food out there (next to Wendy's killer salads).

  • Yes, especially their $6 Burger!

I think that Carl's and Hardee's marketing niche is being the burger chain that makes the biggest and messiest sandwiches.
  • They do indeed, and they have the best bacon, egg, and cheese breakfast biscuits ever. I used to treat myself on the days I drove to work instead of taking the train. Mmmmm, saturated fats....
  • Hey Kristen - I think they call it Hardee's on the East Coast. - Mike
  • Isn't being tagged fun? I love your 5 things. Although Carl's, Jr., threw me for a minute, since I'm on the East Coast and all. I figured it out fast, I promise. ;]

  • Dianna - I should have noted that I sub a grilled chicken salad a few days a week.

Orderer - Yes it was gross
  • Selling worms? Eww!
  • Carl's Jr *every* day? Ooooh, your arteries must be protesting! And, your daugthers show great wisdom. Plus, they are only quoting the Grateful Dead -- "the women are smarter." :-)
  • Sounds like a fun game! I look forward to the challenge!

    Thanks,

    Jonathan
