Marketing and sales professionals tend to forget the basics and a fun holiday like Halloween reminds us to add color, creativity, spirit, excitement and commitment when we are gving that candy away.

Be sure to notice that they have taken the time to dress up to see you. Make a remark on their creativity and their spirit!

Great post! I was thinking about the tradition in Iowa (Des Moines anyway) for trick-or-treaters to tell a joke before they get their treat. Maybe we can ask our customers/readers for something. What would that be? How about their business, their referral, their input… there must be more.
