Fun Distractions; Games on Your iPod!

iPod GamesOk, we all need a break sometimes to recharge our creative juices.

I was elated to accidentally discover the Apple is offering excellent games available for the iPod!

These are not cheesy cell-phone type games. They are beautiful, with full stereo sound tracks!

I recently purchased a cool game called Zuma for $4.99. You are a frog that shoots color balls to try and knock down an encroaching onslaught.

Great mental break I must say!

First music, then TV shows, now movies and games… Seems Apple is most certainly positioning its little iPod as a powerful platform.

Anyone else have creative ways to give your mind a break?

  • My favorite things are iPhone apps - my favorite lately is a tower defense game called GeoDefense. Highly addicting and only a buck. Anyone else tried it?
  • Ok so I am living in another world! I did not even realise that the ipod had games on it. I have an mp3 player because it was less expensive, I guess maybe its worth the upgrade.
  • I love Zuma! I used to play that quite a bit online. I don't have an iPod, but that's great that Apple is offering it! It's a great game.

  • Haha, let me tell you if you're not careful, Zuma can take up your whole day. "Just...one...more...level!"

    Anyways, a "creative way" would be going a day without touching anything electronic. I'm used to staring at a screen for hours (thanks to my uni days), but going unwired's been always a treat for me.
